Brother,
You are dead in the justice you build from the material of the world; in all works of finite material. The great Apostle, Matthew, tells us:
unless your justice abounds more than that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven." (5:20)
The scribes and Pharisees were concerned with "Material Justice" instead of "Interior Justice."
Material Justice
Material Justice is the "soul-chasing life" (more on this in coming catechesis). In short, it is: the pursuit of happiness, meaning, and fulfillment in the finite things of the world. Things which are subjected to moth, rust, and decay.
You are not made for the world.
You are created by God, therefore, you belong to God (as all creation belongs to it's creator) for the development of interior justice.
Interior Justice
Interior Justice is a transformation of the heart and mind. To be just in thoughts and actions not seen by others... but are know only by God. Interior Justice is the "soul-powered life."
As a result, your exterior justice proceeds from your interior justice.
We must remember that, no matter how much we do, we shall never, even under the best of circumstances, obtain absolute justice in this world. We must try to make justice penetrate into souls and into society by means of charity, love, and and understanding of the weakness of others. ~ Divine Intimacy, p.811
(Emphasis mine.)
The Greatest Justice
Bearing patiently and humbly all the injustices of which it is the target, for it would be absurd to think of reaching perfection without following in the footsteps of Jesus. (ibid)
Justice itself urges us to bear injustices.
So "Perfect Justice" is 1.) A transformation of the heart and mind. 2.) Understanding the weakness of others. 3.) Urges us to bear, with patience and humility, injustice and 4.) Makes us enter the path of sanctity and union with God.
And this path of sanctity is the "Path of Contemplation and Atonement" (which I will expand on in future catechesis).
Thanks for reading.
Your brother in Christ,
St. Sebastian "The Dauntless Christian"
